The Old Dairy

The building where I live was originally built
as a dairy over one hundred years ago.  After
sitting vacant and neglected for a number of
years it was renovated with the addition of a
third floor in 1999 and a fourth floor being
added in 2010.

During construction of the top floor I would
stop by occasionally to see how things were
coming along with the project.  I was also
very interested to see if the builders could
maintain the integrity of the original brick
structure.  I  have to admit I think they did
a fine job; the best part being is it's a great
place to live.

I live on the top corner with the
"dog jumping" metal cutout.  The vines
growing up the side of the building are now
reaching the roof at over forty feet high.
