Graburn Creek

Alberta, Cypress Hills, Graburn Road, Buffalo Trail, landscape

Graburn Road is a back road in the Cypress Hills that
connects the Buffalo Trail to the Alberta/Saskatchewan
border.  This is an "Impassable When Wet" road but
there hadn't been much rain recently and it was time
for an adventure.  As it turned out, there were only a
few minor wet spots and lots of beautiful scenery all
around.   There were blue butterflies too.  I highly
recommend this road less traveled.

These photographs were taken where the road crosses
Graburn Creek.

Photographed on June 30, 2017.
